Pamela Jones-Anderson, MSc, CPC, ELI-MP

I help late career women and men in transition fall in love with the life they have OR create a life they love. One of the main focus' is moving toward and into retirement. My primary offering is in group coaching programs.

Pam’s Biography

+I love what I do, take my work seriously and have prepared well for it and have applied my credentials in a wide range of settings, including helping professionals make career changes, empty nesters seeking new life purpose, parents negotiating meaningful relationships with grown children, women starting and growing their first business, women and men planning for and moving into retirement, couples navigating life changes, and executives who want to build strong teams and organizations.

+I received my coach training through the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, am a Certified Professional Retirement Coach, and accredited coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF). I also have a Business Degree from Seattle University, a Masters’ in Leadership and Management from Antioch University and many certifications in the field of leading change, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, leadership, conflict, negotiation, communication, facilitation, and more.

+The many personal and professional development experiences span thirty plus years. They supported me to shift perspectives, beliefs, attitudes and habits across all aspects of my life. These changes helped me to create a life well beyond what I imagined was possible. They also were aligned with the heart of who I am and what I care most about. This is reflected in rewarding long-term relationships, career, finance, and health/self-care. With all this growth, what became most fascinating to me was learning about and understanding what I and others need to be able to make positive change (transition) with joy and peace rather than force and struggle. Family and friends have seen these positive changes in me over time and asked for my perspective and assistance to help them do the same. This inspired me to share my knowledge and experience to help others through the field of coaching.

+Pam resides in Sun Valley Idaho, her “happy place” of many years with her spouse of thirty plus years. She is a proud dual citizen (US and Canada). She gains daily inspiration through meditation, cooking healthy food and listening and dancing to country music (old and new). Otherwise, her heart is filled most days by helping clients and connecting with family and friends in the outdoors – walking, figure skating, skiing, snowshoeing, biking, hiking, golfing and more.

Retirement coaching is an essential process to support your transition from work life to your next phase. I help you to create realistic expectations, normalize feelings around this transition, identify your personal values and priorities, and design a personalized retirement plan.

In particular, I enjoy working with professionals because they often wrestle with the shift in identity without work. Who are you becoming? What are you leaving behind? Where will you find meaning and purpose in this next phase? I'd like to be your partner in exploring these questions.

I've been a professional certified coach since 2010, serving as a leadership and executive coach to leaders in large corporations. In addition, I am a licensed attorney and had an extensive career in charitable/financial planning transitioning to coaching full-time.

My core values are: Respect, Integrity, Authenticity, Spirituality, Learning, and Connection.

Michael Keane, Certificate in Personal Financial Planning, DePaul University

I coach people who are in transition, retirees and those aiming to retire, to help them understand the horizons that they can attain "after leaving work." I coach leaders who want to grow their businesses and advance their careers. My background includes significant international experience in education, financial services, and management consulting at A.T. Kearney, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, KPMG, and Salomon Brothers Inc. MY background and experience have given me the confidence to bring transformative ideas and sensible approaches to clients.

I hold academic credentials from universities in the US and Western Europe. Professional certificates in retirement coaching, adult education, personal financial planning, and organizational development and change management provide me with a strong conceptual grounding and experience for the different types of coaching clients I have. In the past several years, I have very much enjoyed helping soon-to-be retirees to transition to their next roles in life.

I'm a dual citizen of the Republic of Ireland and the United States, proud of my Irish roots and the growth opportunities that the US has provided. Dual citizenship has made it possible for me to benefit from many interesting learning and work opportunities in the US and the EU.

I lived, studied, and worked for many years in Belgium, Norway, Sweden, the UK, and Canada, as well as in the U.S., I've developed an awareness of the need for cultural sensitivity and nuance in working with diverse clients. That has helped me to ensure positive outcomes in my work.

My wife and I are transplants to Vermont where we also practice our strong beliefs about serving our community.

I have served as Vice Chair of the Town of Bennington Select Board, President of the Board of Directors of the Better Bennington Corporation,, and am past Chair of the Vermont Leadership Board of the American Lung Association. Since 2012, I have been appointed by two successive Governors of Vermont to serve on the Vermont Economic Progress Council through April, 2025.

Edie and I have one child, Karin Maria, artist and teacher, who lives with our two grandchildren in Oslo, Norway. Both Karin Maria and the grandchildren are dual citizens of the U.S. and the Kingdom of Norway. Dual citizenship opens up a much wider world of opportunities and choices for them too.

Shifting gears after relocating to Vermont has also allows me to focus energy on 3 things: helping people to make sound choices concerning their work and retirement, supporting sensible decisions about economic development/business recruitment, and driving improvements in the governance and effectiveness of not-for-profit organizations in my adopted state, Vermont, as well as to provide management coaching and consulting services in the northern New England region.

“Focused, candid, ethical, and effective,” according to my colleagues and clients.

Susan Latremoille, MBA, FEA, ICD.D, CRC

Susan Latremoille spent over 35 years as a wealth advisor assisting clients to financially plan for their retirements. She saw a common thread among her clients. This led Susan to start her own company - SuccessDNA – helping baby boomers to rewire not retire. www.successdna.ca. Susan helps clients know themselves deeply using a powerful assessment called SuccessFinder.
Susan also co-founded Next Chapter Lifestyle Advisors with partner Marianne Oehser-. Colleen Madsen

I started my career before the world wide web existed, when fax machines were all the rage, writing long hand or creating documents on an electric typewriter (and a lot of white out) made sense and when people actually talked to each other. To some I might be considered a relic – to others a master. I’ve worked with the brightest and the best business leaders for more than 30 years as a strategist, trainer, coach and advisor. I’ve studied for thousands of hours – everything from neuroscience and all things brainy, leadership, communication and negotiations to team building. I’ve re-engineered sales divisions across the country to create sustainable competitive advantages that significantly grow the bottom line. I’ve jumped off professional cliffs and made a parachute on the way down.

The last five years I have very deliberately studied the correlation between professional sports, building championship teams, the science of analytics, high performing coaches and world class performers in life and in business. If you’re looking for a “life” coach I wouldn’t use those words to describe me. I don’t particularly agree with the concept of SMART goals as an overall guiding principle. I’m pretty sure we wouldn’t have sent a man to the moon with this limiting process that often smothers creativity. And while perhaps a solid tool for planning, the process often lands you not-so-safely in the muck of mediocrity.

What I do believe in, is the remarkable capacity we all have to be great. How choosing courage over comfort, grabbing onto to some grit, ditching distractions and moving from auto pilot to intention can and will create sustainable, beyond your imagination, change. Your decisions will always shape your destiny. It can be scary though as there’s no one to blame when you take your life and your business into your own hands.

Working with me isn’t easy. There will be times when you’d rather be rid of me. But if you want to take command, experience insane productivity, write your own story and master the day we should probably chat. Don’t wish it were easier, wish you were better.

I have worked variously as a human resources manager, Corporate Communication Manager, Brand, Image and Identity Manager.

I currently work in the Public Service where I observed the total neglect of workers by the government (also in the private sector) as they approach retirement. They are not prepared adequately to adapt and manage their next stage of life. My passion in this regards is to fill this alarming gap and do my bit to address this issue.
